The last time I wrote something on here, it was 2018. Time flies by, and now I find myself in what is probably one of the worst years of our lifetimes. Majority of you, already know me, and are probably reading this because I told you to (thank you, you’re a great friend). The few that don’t know who I am, I appreciate you taking time out of your day to read this post. Now, I honestly struggled with the decision of keeping up with this, or just completely deleting it. What I really struggled with though, was on what type of writing I would do. Two years ago, I was writing about gift shopping and living life to the fullest, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s not all of me. Can I promise that I won’t write about something silly or even a movie/restaurant review from time to time, absolutely not because that’s part of who I am and things that happen in my life. But there’s another part of me that wants to talk about more – think politics, current events, and maybe even relationships. You won’t always agree with what I write, and that’s ok. This isn’t meant for you to always agree with me, this is for me to have an outlet for my thoughts, ideas, and even experiences.

The fact that you’re still reading this means a lot, so for those that don’t know me, here’s a tiny bit about me:

  • Mexican – American
  • 28 years old (this took courage for me to share)
  • California native (LA Baby) – Live in North Carolina
  • Bachelors in Political Science and History (do NOT work in those fields)
  • Music is the love of my life

As I continue my writing, you will get a chance to slowly but surely learn more about who I am. I look forward to this new relationship between us.
